1. Service Scope and Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Description of the Services
SkyBlog is a social platform on which users create personal profiles, post and share content, and interact and communicate with others. Specific features, versions, and pricing information are subject to the Platform pages, in-app descriptions, or order confirmations. The features, prices, and availability of the Services may vary due to region, technical conditions, market situations, or company policy adjustments. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate certain Services at any time (see Section 11 for details).
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By clicking “Agree,” “Register,” or a similar button, creating an account, or accessing or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organization, that entity also accepts these Terms.
1.3 Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with the “Last Updated” date indicated. For material changes (such as changes affecting your rights or obligations), we will give you reasonable advance notice through Platform announcements, in-app notifications, or your registered email (generally not less than 10 days, except for changes that must take effect immediately due to legal requirements or security or compliance needs). Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Services; you may delete your account.
1.3.1 Electronic Communications and Electronic Signature
You agree to receive our notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically (including by email, in-app notifications, and Platform announcements), and agree that such electronic communications satisfy any written requirement. You agree to accept these Terms electronically, and such acceptance is legally effective under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.
1.4 Application and Order of Precedence of Platform Policies
The Platform Policies apply together with these Terms. If these Terms conflict with a Platform Policy on a matter specifically governed by that policy, that Platform Policy shall prevail (for example: the processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy, and the specific details of content rules are governed by the Community Standards); in all other respects, these Terms shall prevail. If you and we enter into a separate written agreement (such as a business account, advertising, or API agreement) that differs from these Terms, that written agreement shall prevail.
2. User Qualification and Account Management
2.1 Age requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to access or use our Services. If the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction is higher than 13, the higher legal minimum age shall apply.
- Users who are at least 13 but under 18 years of age may use the Services only with the knowledge, consent, and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall bear responsibility for all of the user’s actions. Stricter default settings and protective measures may apply to this age group; see Section 9 of the Privacy Policy for details.
- If we discover that a user does not meet the age requirements, we will immediately deactivate the relevant account and delete the related data.
- We reserve the right to require you to provide identification, proof of age, proof of authorization, or other verification documents when necessary. If you fail to provide them within a reasonable period, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account and related Services.
2.2 Business or organizational users
If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you must declare and warrant that: (a) you have sufficient authorization and the right to sign and perform these Terms on behalf of that entity; and (b) the entity will be bound by these Terms and related policies and will bear all responsibilities arising from the actions of its representative users.
2.3 Restricted / sanctioned users
You may not access or use any Services provided by SkyBlog if you fall under any of the following categories:
- Individuals or entities listed on sanctions or restricted-party lists, including but not limited to: the United States Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List; the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Entity List, Denied Persons List, or other export-control lists; U.S. Department of State sanctions lists; the European Union consolidated sanctions list; the United Nations Security Council sanctions list; and any equivalent lists issued by other jurisdictions with legally applicable authority.
- Individuals or entities located in, established in, or ordinarily residing in regions subject to comprehensive embargoes or trade restrictions, including jurisdictions restricted by the U.S. government or other applicable regulatory bodies.
- Users acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any sanctioned or restricted party, whether directly or indirectly.
- Users attempting to conceal their identity, location, ownership, or control structure to evade sanctions, export controls, or compliance checks.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any user who is identified as a sanctioned or restricted party, or who is reasonably suspected of violating applicable sanctions, embargoes, or export control regulations, and may, when necessary, require you to provide identity verification, location confirmation, or compliance documentation.
2.4 Account registration and accuracy of information
Some Services require you to register an account. When registering, you should ensure that the personal information you submit (including but not limited to name, email, contact information, and date of birth) is true, accurate, and complete, and keep it up to date. Each natural person may in principle register and use only one personal account, unless we otherwise allow.
2.5 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including but not limited to: using a strong password and safeguarding it properly; regularly updating login credentials; not sharing your account or login credentials with any third party; and not using others’ accounts to log in or attempting to access unauthorized systems. You bear full responsibility for all actions under your account (including unauthorized access, transactions, or operations). If you discover any abnormal activity (such as account theft, data breach, or suspicious logins), you should immediately contact us at support@skyforttech.top.
2.6 Automated accounts
Without our written permission, you may not create or operate bot accounts, automated accounts, or bulk accounts. Permitted automated accounts must clearly state their automated nature in the profile and comply with our API rules.
2.7 Usernames and profiles
Your username, display name, profile picture, and bio may not impersonate others or organizations, infringe the trademarks or other rights of others, or contain content that violates Section 4. We have the right to reclaim, change, or remove usernames that violate this Section.
2.8 Account suspension and termination
Suspension and termination of accounts are governed by Section 11.
2.9 Long-inactive accounts
If your account has not been logged into or has had no activity for 12 consecutive months, we may, after advance notice, treat it as an inactive account and have the right to deactivate it, reclaim the username, or delete the account.
3. User Content and Licenses
3.1 Ownership of user content
All rights in the posts, comments, images, videos, audio, links, profile information, direct messages, and other content that you post, upload, transmit, or otherwise provide in the Services (collectively, “User Content”) remain with you or your licensors. These Terms do not transfer to us ownership of the User Content you hold.
3.2 License you grant to us
To operate, provide, improve, and promote the Services, you grant SkyFortTech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable (solely for the purposes below), and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (such as adjusting format, compressing, transcoding, and translating), transmit, display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content, and to create derivative versions of User Content as necessary for the operation of the Services, during your use of the Services and for the period described below. This license is for the purposes of:
- Displaying and distributing User Content on the Platform to the audience you designate (including the public, if the content is public);
- Providing, maintaining, protecting, and improving the Services, including content recommendation, search, translation, content moderation, and spam identification;
- To the extent you permit, displaying User Content to third-party applications through APIs or embedding features;
- Showcasing and promoting the Services inside or outside the Platform (such as displaying public posts by quotation or repost), but without using your name or likeness in a manner that implies your endorsement, unless we obtain your consent.
3.3 Term and termination of the license
The above license terminates when you delete the relevant User Content or terminate your account, except in the following circumstances: (a) your User Content has been reposted, quoted, copied, or shared by other users, and such use lawfully occurred before your deletion; (b) for reasonable backup, archival, security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution purposes, we may retain copies for the periods described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy; and (c) information that has been de-identified or aggregated and can no longer identify you.
3.4 Additional notes on public content
You understand and agree that publicly posted User Content may be viewed, copied, and reposted by anyone (including unregistered users, search engines, and third-party applications), and we cannot control how it is used. Please consider carefully before posting.
3.5 Use related to artificial intelligence and automated technologies
We may use automated tools and artificial intelligence technologies (including AI services provided by third parties) to review images and text you upload, in order to identify violating content, spam, and security risks. We will not use User Content to train third parties’ artificial intelligence models. In addition, we may, on a de-identified or aggregated basis, use User Content for translation, recommendations, and product improvement (see Section 2 of the Privacy Policy for details). We will not use the content of direct messages to show you targeted advertising.
3.6 Your representations and warranties
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have obtained the necessary rights and authorizations in the User Content sufficient to grant the license described in these Terms; (b) the User Content and our use of it in accordance with these Terms will not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, reputation rights, or other lawful rights or interests; (c) the User Content does not violate applicable law, these Terms, or the Community Standards; and (d) if the User Content contains the personal information, images, or voices of others, you have obtained the necessary consent.
3.7 Our right to review and remove
We have no obligation to review User Content in advance, but reserve the right (without being obligated) to review, restrict the visibility of, label, rate-limit, or delete any User Content at our sole discretion, for any reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law, including content that we believe violates these Terms, the Community Standards, or the law.
3.8 Responsibility for User Content
User Content is the sole responsibility of the person who posts it. We make no warranties as to the accuracy, legality, completeness, or quality of User Content, and do not endorse it. To the extent permitted by applicable law (including Section 230 of the U.S. Communications Decency Act), we are not liable for content posted by users or third parties, and we are not liable for our reviewing or removing (or failing to review or remove) User Content.
3.9 Feedback
If you provide us with suggestions, comments, or feedback regarding the Services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to freely use that feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
4. Community Rules and Prohibited Conduct
4.1 Obligation of lawful use
You agree that when using all Services provided by SkyBlog, you will do so solely for lawful and legitimate purposes and strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to U.S. federal laws, Wyoming state laws, and the laws of your location (such as anti-corruption laws, data protection and privacy laws, intellectual property laws, and laws on the online protection of children). 4.2 Prohibited content

- Content that encourages, glorifies, or instructs suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders;
- Other content that violates public order, public interest, or widely accepted moral standards, or that we reasonably consider dangerous, harmful, or disruptive to the Platform.
4.3 Prohibited conduct
You may not engage in the following conduct:
- Interfering with or disrupting the Services: Launching or participating in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks; injecting malicious programs or scripts; generating abnormal traffic or excessive automated requests that affect system stability.
- Unauthorized access and data collection: Accessing, attempting to access, or collecting others’ accounts, systems, networks, or data without authorization; obtaining Platform data or user information through crawling, scraping, automated tools, or other unauthorized technical means; probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Circumventing security measures: Bypassing or attempting to bypass firewalls, encryption systems, authentication, access controls, rate limits, ban measures, or other technical protections.
- Manipulating the Platform: Using fake accounts, bots, or purchased followers, likes, or reposts to artificially manipulate engagement data, popularity, or recommendation ranking; coordinated inauthentic engagement; re-registering accounts to evade bans.
- Spam and mass messaging: Posting or sending large volumes of repetitive, unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, links, or mass direct messages; inducing users to click, follow, or transfer money.
- Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering any part of the Services, or attempting to extract source code or algorithms, except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Impersonation and reputational harm: Forging identities, impersonating others, harassing our employees, or engaging in conduct that damages the reputation of SkyFortTech or any third party, including spreading false information or maliciously defaming.
- Illegal or unethical activities: Fraud, money laundering, financing illegal activities, engaging in prohibited businesses, or other conduct that violates the law.
- Unauthorized commercial use: Without our written permission, using the Services or data in them for resale, distribution, products or services that compete with us, or other commercial purposes (except for creators, business accounts, and API use that we permit).
- Restrictions on the use of generative AI: You may not use AI tools to generate content at scale, create fake accounts, or engage in deceptive impersonation; when posting AI-generated or synthetic content that could lead people to believe it is real, you must label it as required by the Platform.
4.4 Consequences of violations
If we discover that you have violated these Terms, the Community Standards, or applicable law, we reserve the right to take immediate measures without prior notice, including but not limited to: deleting or blocking violating content; restricting content visibility or features; suspending or terminating your account; ceasing to provide Services (without any refund); reporting to or cooperating with relevant law enforcement authorities; and initiating legal action. You shall compensate SkyFortTech and/or third parties for all losses arising from your violations (see Section 14).
5. Content Moderation, Reporting, and Appeals
5.1 Methods of review
We identify and handle violating content and accounts through a combination of automated systems (including artificial intelligence technologies that review images and text uploaded by users), user reports, and human review. Automated systems may make errors, and we do not guarantee that review results are completely accurate or consistent.
5.2 Reporting
You may report content, accounts, or conduct that you believe violates these Terms or the Community Standards through the in-Platform reporting feature, or by sending an email to support@skyforttech.top (privacy-related reports may be sent to privacy@skyforttech.top). Please provide links, screenshots, and explanations wherever possible.
5.3 Measures we may take
Depending on the nature, severity, and frequency of the violation, we may, at our discretion, take one or more of the following measures: issue a warning; require deletion or editing of content; delete content; add notices or labels; restrict the visibility, recommendation, or interaction features of content; rate-limit or restrict account features; revoke monetization eligibility; temporarily or permanently suspend the account; and ban related devices, IP addresses, or linked accounts. For serious violations (such as CSAM, serious threats, or fraud), we may immediately and permanently ban accounts without prior notice.
5.4 Notice and appeals
Unless prohibited by law, likely to endanger safety, likely to impede an investigation, or we reasonably consider it inappropriate, when we take significant measures against your content or account we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and explain the reasons. If you believe our decision is mistaken, you may submit an appeal within 10 days of receiving the notice by emailing support@skyforttech.top, providing your username, the content or measure at issue, and the reasons for your appeal. We will review and respond to the appeal within 30 days. We reserve the right to make the final decision on the outcome of the appeal.
5.5 Emergencies and law enforcement assistance
If we believe in good faith that there is an emergency danger to personal safety, child exploitation or abuse, or serious illegal conduct, we may take measures and disclose necessary information to relevant authorities without prior notice. We will report suspected CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in accordance with U.S. federal law, and will handle requests from law enforcement in accordance with applicable law (including the Stored Communications Act). See Section 4 of the Privacy Policy for details.
5.6 Repeat violators
For users who repeatedly violate these Terms, the Community Standards, or the Copyright Policy, we will terminate their accounts in accordance with the applicable policy.
5.7 No obligation
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, and enforce the rules. Our failure to take action does not constitute approval of violating conduct, nor does it waive our right to take action in the future.
6. Direct Messages and Communications
6.1 Direct message features
How direct messages and group messages are handled, including encryption, exceptions under which they may be accessed, metadata, and retention periods, is set out in Section 3.3 of the Privacy Policy. You understand that recipients of direct messages may copy, repost, or screenshot your messages, and we cannot control their behavior; when you delete a direct message, it is removed only from your own account view.
6.2 Your responsibility
Content you send through direct messages, groups, or other communication features must likewise comply with Section 4 and the Community Standards. Without the recipient’s consent, you may not send large volumes of unsolicited messages, and may not use direct messages for harassment, fraud, threats, inducement, or solicitation.
6.3 Blocking and restrictions
You can block or mute accounts through settings, or restrict who can send you direct messages. To protect user safety (especially minor users), we may impose restrictions on direct message features, such as restricting unknown adults from initiating direct messages to minor users.
6.4 Marketing and service communications
- Service notices: We will send you necessary notices related to your account, security, changes to the Terms, and billing; you cannot unsubscribe from these notices.
- Marketing emails: Subject to applicable laws such as the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, we may send you marketing emails, and you may unsubscribe at any time through the unsubscribe link in the email or through settings.
6.5 Interactions and disputes between users
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, in-person meeting, or dispute between you and other users, and are not responsible for their outcome. Please be cautious when interacting with strangers, sharing personal information, or conducting transactions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release us from liability arising from disputes between users.
7. Intellectual Property and Copyright Policy (DMCA)
7.1 Platform intellectual property
All content in the Services (excluding User Content), including but not limited to text, images, graphics, icons, code, software, designs, databases, structures, interfaces, algorithms, technical documents, templates, and other related materials (collectively, “Platform Intellectual Property Content”), as well as the names, logos, and trademarks of SkyBlog and SkyFortTech, are owned by SkyFortTech LLC or its lawful licensors, and are protected by U.S. copyright law, trademark law, patent law, trade secret law, and related international intellectual property treaties.
Without our prior written permission, you may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, disseminate, translate, sell, resell, rent, or otherwise use the Platform Intellectual Property Content;
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, extract source code, or create derivative works;
- Remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other rights notices;
- Claim or imply ownership or license to use any Platform Intellectual Property Content.
7.2 Limited use license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Platform Policies, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include: copying, modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering the Platform Intellectual Property Content; using it for purposes competing with SkyFortTech or its affiliated businesses; or transferring, sublicensing, or distributing it to any third party in any way. When the Services terminate, you violate these Terms, or the license is revoked, you must immediately stop using the Platform Intellectual Property Content and delete or destroy all stored copies.
7.3 Trademarks
Without our written permission, you may not use the names, logos, or other trademarks of SkyBlog or SkyFortTech, nor use them in a manner that may cause confusion or imply that we sponsor or endorse you.
7.4 Notice of copyright infringement (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and handle notices of copyright infringement in accordance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). If you are a copyright owner or its authorized representative and believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to the designated agent below, including the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or its authorized representative;
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if a single notice covers multiple works, a representative list);
- A description of the content you claim is infringing and its location on the Services (such as a link URL), sufficient for us to locate the content;
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7.5 Counter-notice
If your content has been removed or disabled due to a copyright notice and you believe this resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the designated agent, including: your signature; a description of the removed or disabled content and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; your name, address, telephone number, and email address; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which you are located (or, if you are outside the United States, the federal district court in Wyoming) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice. After receiving a compliant counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and, within the period prescribed by law (generally 10 to 14 business days), restore the removed content, unless the original complainant notifies us that it has filed a lawsuit.
7.6 False statements
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents in a notice or counter-notice that content is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages. Please confirm that your claim is true before submitting. If you have any questions, we recommend consulting an attorney first.
7.7 Repeat infringers
For users who are repeatedly determined in accordance with law to have infringed the copyrights of others, we will terminate their accounts in appropriate circumstances.

- Name: Legal Department, SkyFortTech LLC
- Address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA
- Email: legal@skyforttech.top
- Telephone: +1-3187699228
7.9 Third-party content and source disclaimer
Some content in the Services may be sourced from publicly available materials or third parties (“Third-Party Content”). We make reasonable efforts to indicate sources where applicable but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or rights status of such content. If you believe that any content infringes your intellectual property or other lawful rights, in addition to a DMCA notice you may also submit a notice to legal@skyforttech.top, including the content location (e.g., URL), proof of rights, your contact information, and a statement describing the alleged infringement. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review and take appropriate action within a reasonable time, including removal or restriction of the content where necessary. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SkyFortTech shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to Third-Party Content, provided that we act within a reasonable time after obtaining actual or constructive knowledge of infringement.
8. Paid Services, Memberships, and Payment
8.1 Free and paid services
SkyBlog’s basic features are free to use. We may offer paid memberships, tipping, virtual goods, creator and business accounts, promotion, and other value-added services (“Paid Services”), and reserve the right to charge for features that were previously free in the future (we will give advance notice).
8.2 Fees and prices
The prices of Paid Services will be clearly listed on the Platform pages, in the app, or on quotations or order confirmation pages, and the price displayed at the time of order confirmation shall prevail. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time; new prices apply only to new orders or renewal orders and do not affect historical orders that have been confirmed and taken effect. If a price adjustment may have a material impact on you, we will give advance notice via Platform announcements or emails.
8.3 Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, all fees do not include any taxes, including but not limited to sales tax, value-added tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying the corresponding taxes in accordance with the laws of your location. If tax authorities require us to withhold or pay taxes on your behalf, we have the right to deduct such amounts directly from the amount payable by you.
8.4 Payment methods
To ensure transaction security and convenience, we support the following main payment methods (subject to what the Platform actually offers): mainstream credit and debit cards (including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, etc.); electronic wallets and mobile payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.). All payments are processed through certified third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or other equivalent service providers), and the payment process follows international security standards (such as PCI-DSS). We will not collect, store, or access your complete credit card or bank account information. Upon successful payment, the system will automatically generate and send an electronic order confirmation or invoice. If payment is delayed or fails due to technical or network reasons, please contact customer service promptly for verification.
8.5 Membership (one-time payment)
SkyBlog memberships are paid for in a one-time payment and are valid for the fixed term you select after purchase. Memberships do not renew automatically, and we will not automatically charge your payment method after a membership expires; after a membership expires, the related membership benefits terminate automatically, and if you wish to continue to enjoy them, you must purchase again yourself. Before purchase, we will clearly disclose the price, validity period, and included benefits of the membership.
8.6 Tipping, virtual goods, and creator earnings
Virtual goods, points, or tipping credits on the Platform (if any) may be used only within the Platform, have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, and are non-transferable, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or we otherwise agree in writing. If the Platform offers creator revenue sharing, its eligibility, calculation method, settlement cycle, and tax requirements (such as submission of an IRS Form W-9 or W-8) are governed by the relevant creator agreement. We may withhold, reverse, or cancel the corresponding earnings upon discovering fraud, violations, or abuse.
8.7 Refunds and cancellation
Matters such as refunds, cancellation, termination, chargebacks, dispute handling, eligibility conditions, and procedures are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Resolution Policy that we publish separately (https://skyforttech.net/refund-policy). If these Terms conflict with that policy, that policy shall prevail to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, memberships, virtual goods, and tips that have been delivered or used are generally non-refundable.
8.8 Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge, please first contact support@skyforttech.top, and we will do our best to resolve it. If you initiate a chargeback with the card issuer without first contacting us, or if a chargeback is determined to be malicious or fraudulent, we may suspend or terminate your account and Paid Services and recover the costs incurred as a result.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect, use, store, and share personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy ([SkyBlog Privacy Policy URL]), which may include name, email, IP address, browsing behavior, the content you post, and direct messages. You may exercise rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing through privacy@skyforttech.top. We use cookies and encryption technology to protect data, but cannot guarantee 100% security; we recommend using the Services only in secure environments. Agreeing to these Terms means you agree to the Privacy Policy and other related policies.
10. Third-Party Services, Links, and Developers
10.1 Third-party links and content
