This Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Resolution Policy (the “Policy”) applies to paid services offered on SkyBlog (the “Platform”), a social platform operated by SkyFortTech LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” the “Company” or “SkyFortTech”). Information about our legal entity, registration details and legal disclosures is set out in our Terms and Conditions. This Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and explains the rules governing refunds, cancellations, chargebacks and related disputes after you purchase paid services on SkyBlog.

This Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The English version of this Policy is the official version. Any other language version is provided for reference only; in the event of a conflict, the English version will prevail. All dates and times in this Policy are based on Pacific Time (PT).

1. Scope and Definitions

1.1 Scope

This Policy applies to paid services purchased on SkyBlog, including memberships, virtual goods, digital goods and tips (collectively, the “Paid Services”). Company services provided by SkyFortTech are governed by Section 4.

1.2 Definitions

For purposes of this Policy:

  • “Membership” means a SkyBlog membership entitlement purchased through a one-time payment and valid for the selected fixed term.
  • “Virtual Goods” means digital items intended for use only within the Platform, such as points, items, badges, identifiers and tipping credits.
  • “Digital Goods” means digital content that can be downloaded or accessed online, such as templates, assets, documents, software or other digital files.
  • “Company Services” means professional services provided by SkyFortTech, including website development, software development, cloud services, IT solutions and digital marketing, as well as other services disclosed on its website.
  • “Delivery” means, for a Membership, successful payment and activation of the membership benefits; and, for Virtual Goods or Digital Goods, successful payment and crediting or delivery of the goods to your account, or making them available for download or use.

2. Memberships (One-Time Purchases)

2.1 Nature of Memberships

SkyBlog memberships are one-time purchases and remain valid for the fixed term selected at the time of purchase. Memberships do not automatically renew, and we will not automatically charge your payment method when a membership expires. The applicable membership benefits will automatically terminate upon expiration. If you wish to continue receiving those benefits, you must make a new purchase yourself.

2.2 Memberships Are Non-Refundable

Once a Membership has been purchased and activated, it is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable. Your failure to use, or complete use of, the membership benefits, deletion of your account, a change of mind, or the fact that time remains in the membership term does not entitle you to a refund or a pro-rated refund for the unused portion. This Section is subject to the exceptions described in Section 5 and any mandatory requirements of applicable law.

2.3 Pre-Purchase Disclosure and Your Acknowledgment

We will clearly and prominently disclose the Membership price, validity period and included benefits on the membership purchase page, payment confirmation page and order confirmation email, and will state that “Memberships are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once purchased.” Before you complete payment, we may require you to expressly confirm that you have read and agree to the non-refundable terms. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy.

2.4 Account Status During the Membership Term

If your account is restricted, suspended or terminated because you violate the Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines, the membership fee you have paid will not be refunded. Activation of membership benefits does not exempt you from complying with the Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines.

2.5 Discontinuation of the Platform

If we decide to discontinue operation of SkyBlog as a whole before the end of your membership term, for reasons unrelated to your violation of our rules, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your valid membership term.

3. Virtual Goods and Digital Goods

3.1 Non-Refundable After Delivery

Virtual Goods and Digital Goods (including downloadable digital files) are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable once purchased and delivered. Goods are deemed delivered once they have been credited to your account, made available for download or otherwise made available for use, regardless of whether you actually download or use them. We will clearly and prominently disclose these rules before purchase.

3.2 Points, Tips and Balances

Points and tipping credits may be used only within the Platform, have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred (see Section 8.6 of the Terms and Conditions). A tip, once sent, cannot be withdrawn. If your account is terminated, any unused points or credits will not be refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

3.3 Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you acknowledge and agree that we will begin performing the digital content and digital services (including membership benefits) immediately after your purchase and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you will thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal.

4. SkyFortTech Company Services

If you purchase or request Company Services provided by SkyFortTech through SkyBlog (such as website development, software development, cloud services, IT solutions or digital marketing), refunds, cancellations, termination, chargebacks and dispute handling for those services are not governed by this Policy. Instead, they are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Resolution Policy published on the SkyFortTech website: https://skyforttech.net/refund-policy

That policy shall have primary and controlling effect with respect to matters relating to Company Services, including refunds, cancellations, service termination, chargebacks, dispute handling, eligibility requirements and procedures. We recommend that you carefully review that policy before purchasing any Company Services. If you enter into a separate written contract, quotation or service agreement with us and its refund provisions differ from the policy above, the terms of that written document will prevail.

5. Exceptions and Statutory Rights

Although Memberships, Virtual Goods and Digital Goods are generally non-refundable, we will handle the following circumstances as described below:

  • Duplicate or Incorrect Charges: If you are charged more than once due to a technical or payment error, or are charged an amount greater than the amount shown in the order confirmation, we will refund the excess amount after verification.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a transaction resulted from account compromise, unauthorized use of a payment instrument or fraud, please contact us within 60 days after discovering the transaction. We will investigate and, if the transaction is confirmed to be unauthorized, issue a refund and/or cooperate with the process involving your card issuer.
  • Failure to Deliver for Reasons Attributable to Us: If you have successfully paid but, due to reasons attributable to us, your Membership benefits or Virtual Goods are not activated or delivered, or cannot be used properly, and we are unable to remedy the issue within a reasonable period, we may choose to fix the issue, provide replacement goods, extend the membership term or issue a refund.
  • Purchases by Minors: If a minor user makes a purchase without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the parent or legal guardian may contact us. We will review the matter in accordance with applicable law and issue a refund where legally required.
  • Refunds Required by Law: If applicable law expressly requires a refund and the relevant right cannot be excluded by contract, we will provide the refund in accordance with the law.

Except for the circumstances described above, we may decide in our sole discretion whether to provide any refund or compensation. A refund or compensation provided to one user does not constitute a commitment to provide the same to any other user or in any future similar circumstance.

6. Refund Request Procedure

6.1 Submitting a Request

If you believe your circumstances qualify for an exception under Section 5, please submit a request through an official support channel (such as support@skyforttech.top) and provide:

  • Your SkyBlog username and registered email address;
  • Your order number;
  • Proof of payment (such as a receipt or a screenshot of your bank/payment record; please conceal your full card number);
  • The reason for your request; and
  • Supporting evidence (such as screenshots, error messages or records of duplicate charges).

6.2 Processing Time

  • Review: We will review your request within 14 business days.
  • Refund after approval: We will generally process an approved refund within 15 business days.
  • Time for funds to arrive: The actual time may vary due to delays by banks or payment providers and may take up to 30 days.

6.3 Refund Method and Amount

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. For refunds arising from our error (such as duplicate charges, overcharges, unauthorized transactions or failure to deliver), we will refund the full amount of the relevant transaction.

7. Cancellation and Account Deletion

Because Memberships are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew, you do not need to cancel a renewal. You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through your account settings. However, when your account is deleted, any unexpired membership benefits and unused Virtual Goods or credits will also be terminated, without refund or compensation, except for the exceptions described in Section 5. Information about the handling and retention of data after account deletion is set out in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

  • If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at support@skyforttech.top. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
  • If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us, or if a chargeback is determined to be abusive or fraudulent, we may suspend or terminate your account and Paid Services, and seek recovery of fees incurred as a result.
  • In connection with a chargeback or payment dispute, we may submit relevant evidence to the payment processor and card issuer, including order records, records showing your acknowledgment of this Policy and its non-refundable terms, and login and usage logs.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Policy and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The procedures for negotiation, jurisdiction and venue, waiver of jury trial, waiver of class actions and other dispute-related matters are governed by Section 15 of the Terms and Conditions.

10. Relationship with Other Terms

This Policy is the primary set of terms governing refunds for Paid Services on SkyBlog. If this Policy conflicts with or is inconsistent with the Terms and Conditions regarding refunds, cancellations or chargebacks, this Policy will prevail to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Matters relating to Company Services are governed by the website policy identified in Section 4.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will display a “Last Updated” date on this page. We will notify you of material changes through Platform announcements, in-app notifications or your registered email address. Changes will apply only to purchases made after the effective date of the changes and will not apply retroactively to purchases you have already completed.
